Revisemood Tips

General Introduction

By Dr. WANG Ming-min

This book, Revisemood Tips, is inspired by a wise saying: "Most people are either too impatient or too worried. Success means being very patient, yet able to act proactively when you know it's time to act. What you need is not a lot of action, but a great deal of patience."

We live in an era that worships speed and change. Information is refreshed in seconds, opportunities seem to be everywhere, stories of overnight riches stimulate our senses, and new trends emerge one after another. As a result, we're busy learning new skills, changing jobs, chasing hot concepts, and investing in side hustles, afraid of being left behind. However, many feel exhausted and confused: why does the more we try, the more we feel stuck in the same place? Why do our plans keep changing, yet we feel increasingly drained?

This widespread anxiety stems from a core issue: what we perceive as effort is often "futile endeavor" rather than "effective effort" that creates value. This "futile endeavor" is a waste of time and energy for individuals, and a drain on resources and a waste of cash flow for organizations.

Attain utmost emptiness, hold fast to stillness. To not know the constant is to act recklessly; to act recklessly is to perish. To know the constant is to be tolerant; tolerance leads to impartiality; impartiality leads to kingship; kingship leads to heaven; heaven leads to the Way; the Way is enduring, and one will not perish even after death. Revisemood is the essence of "not making trouble". "Acting recklessly" means "making trouble blindly," that is, acting arbitrarily and recklessly against the natural order. Such behavior is extremely dangerous and will bring disaster. To deal with "reckless action," We proposed the more profound concept of "Revisemood." "Revisemood" is not violating the natural order, but modify your emotion slightly. As long as one acts in accordance with the principles of the "Revismood", conforming to the principles of heaven and human nature, the mind will be liberated, thus possessing a tolerant heart that embraces all things, and reaping prosperous and better life.

Some people have more energy, exhibiting vitality, a fast-paced lifestyle, excelling in competitive sports, and being less prone to fatigue. Others have less energy, exhibiting quiet introversion, a slower pace of life, being less suited to vigorous exercise, and tiring easily. I hope this guide will be a boon for low-energy people, helping you to cherish our energy, accumulate it, and use it in crucial moments to produce the best results. "No unnecessary disruptions" is a conscious self-management strategy, the wisdom of maintaining rhythm and direction while moving forward. As long as we remain steadfast, diligent, and avoid unnecessary disruptions, and resolutely advance our plans, we will surely achieve our life goals.

The Revisemood Tips don't offer empty slogans, but rather guides you through examining specific problems and finding feasible solutions.

Every action in life requires energy. However, high-quality, usable energy is not easily obtained. If we don't cherish the energy we have or could have, this precious energy will be wasted on meaningless things, causing us to stray from our goals. This process is what's known as "futile endeavors." In general, "futile endeavors" refers to things that are pointless, useless, or even harmful.
